It does not take a pro to decide on whether we have to go on with the current project or scrap it off and start anew. You see, the project has been there for like three years! Three years with nothing useful at hand is a frustrating stuff for the organization.
So what made us decide to scrap everything?
- The project has been in the hands of different "consultants", handed down from generation to generation without having any formal transition process
- "Consultants" are not consultants per se, they are more of the IT robots
- Least confidence on the solution being implemented
- Unreasonable scope creep
- Poor project management
- and I can go on and on with the list....
